In this lesson we will first look at some destructive ways of handling anger and then at some ways anger can be handled productively. We will learn that we do not have to be a victim of our own anger. We have included some Biblical examples of how anger was handled and what is meant when the term "slow to anger" is used. We will learn the difference between holding in anger and holding back anger, how to be one who FACES anger problems with others effectively and how to handle someone who is angry with CLASS!
