Bible Bowl Event


Date: Saturday, November 11th, 2006
Time: 9:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M.
Ages: Children from the 2nd-12th Grades
Open to any church who wants to participate
Material Covered: The Gospel of Mark
Bible Translation: New King James Version

Competition


1. One "Scripture Search" Round worth 30 points
2. Two "General Question" multiple choice rounds worth 75 points each
    - Over the covered material
    - Also over the Memory Work found on last page of Study Guide
    - SAMPLE TEST QUESTIONS are included with the study guide.

Awards


  • Trophies for the top five scores in eight age groups (40 total)
  • Ribbons for 6th-12th place in eight age groups
  • Individual Plaques for team members in top five teams of three divisions
  • All participants receive a participation ribbon.

    Cost


    The cost is $8 per participant to offset the cost of awards. The fee should be sent with your order for the second part of the guide. You may add participants up to the week of the competition.

    Study Guide


    Over half of the study questions for The Gospel of Mark are included in the first mail out and should be copied for all students. The second part of the study questions will be available August 15th and should be ordered by mail, phone, e-mail, or fax when you need them. It can also be downloaded in a Word Perfect format.
