How to add the code

1. Ad banner must be a GIF or JPG with a dimension of 460 x 55.
2. Complete the submission form for the Exchange.
3. Insert the following code into your html file.

This works by calling a simple perl script. The script increments through a list of
church banners and displays the next ad in the que. The password will be a special
identifyer given via email to prevent your banner from displaying on your page.
